3. Account Registration and Security

5. Plans, Subscriptions & Payments

WebChatify offers both free and paid plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
  • Maintain valid billing information
  • Allow recurring billing unless you cancel before the next renewal date
  • Understand that all paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your dashboard. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

6. Free Trial

We may offer a limited-time free trial for new users. During this period, you are granted access to the Services at no cost. Upon expiration, you must upgrade to a paid plan to continue access. We reserve the right to cancel or modify free trial terms at any time.

7. WordPress Plugin Use

The WebChatify WordPress Plugin is made available to simplify integration. Use of the plugin is subject to these Terms and may not:

  • Be modified or distributed without permission
  • Be used to embed malicious scripts or interfere with other WordPress plugins/themes
  • Be sold or sublicensed without written consent from WebChatify

8. Third-Party Integrations

Our Services may link to or integrate with third-party tools such as CRMs, email systems, or analytics platforms. You acknowledge that:

  • We are not responsible for third-party services
  • Your use of third-party tools is subject to their terms and privacy policies
  • You assume all risk when connecting external platforms to WebChatify

9. User Content and Data

You are solely responsible for the data and content you submit through the platform. You retain ownership of your content, but by using WebChatify, you grant us a license to host, process, and transmit this content solely to deliver the Services.

You agree not to use our platform to submit or collect:

  • Personally identifiable information without consent
  • Sensitive data such as financial, health, or government-issued identifiers
  • Illegal, defamatory, or harmful content

10. Intellectual Property Rights
